- Defending Anis El-Mariesh and Stephen Garbett against a £9m-plus claim brought by Decision Inc Holdings for breach of warranty.
- Defended a broker of aircraft parts (and its sole shareholder and director) against civil claims, which were brought by General Electric and others (arising out of the defendants’ alleged passing off of aircraft engine parts as branded parts).
- Acted for Robert Bonnier (and companies owned by him) in respect of claims brought by an investment vehicle (owned by British property entrepreneur Nick Candy), alleging that Candy and others were enticed into backing the Aaqua business (further to allegedly false claims that substantial investment from Apple and LVMH had been secured).
