RPC’s professional practices group focuses on regulatory issues affecting the legal services, financial services, and healthcare sectors. The team often acts for professionals and their firms, advising on a broad range of contentious issues, from internal investigations to disciplinary proceedings. Co-head Graham Reid specialises in all aspects of the legal services sector, with a particular emphasis on lawyers and accountants, working alongside Robert Morris, who brings experience in professional indemnity and financial institutions dispute resolution work. Sian Morgan is noted for her work representing healthcare organisations and individuals across a variety of medical disciplines.
