The public international law team at Linklaters LLP sits within the firm’s larger litigation, arbitration, and investigations practice. Under the joint leadership of Matthew Weiniger KC and Charlotte Morgan, the team works closely with the firm’s international network of offices to advise on FTA negotiations, sanctions issues, and business and human rights issues, particularly for clients in the energy sector. Weininger chairs the firm’s international arbitration offering, while Morgan is the co-chair of its trade law practice.
