David Gallagher, practice head for Fieldfisher‘s pension team, has over two decades of pensions law experience, regularly working with a range of employers, trustees, product providers, and financial institutions. Having substantially grown in the last five years, the team boasts a multijurisdictional ability and sector expertise in advising schemes for energy companies. The team is also well versed in liability management projects, buy-ins and buy-outs, and master trust transfers. Other notable team members include Oliver Reece, a regulatory disputes, M&A, restructuring, and insurance specialist, who joined the practice in 2024.
