Latham & Watkins (London) LLP continues to build its structured finance offering in London, its latest move being the hire of the CLO team from A&O Shearman. That team will work alongside a well-established derivatives, equities and structured products group led by corporate equity derivatives and structured equity financing specialist Jeremy Green and Dean Naumowicz, who frequently assists banks with hedging, acquisition, and financing strategies relating to equity positions. The partners are supported by a strong team of counsels in the form of Delyth Hughes and Yana Nastyushenko, as well as six associates. The team recently advised Vertex Bioenergy on the hedging of a long-term sustainability linked financing.
