Katten‘s group is headed up by Gavin Vollans, who is well-regarded for his capabilities advising on the broad array of matters in relation to the hotel sector, in particular, including real estate investment, finance, asset management, development, landlord and tenant issues, and portfolio management. Management agreements, sales, and development cases also feature in the team’s workload. Finance and luxury retail are focus areas of Terry Green, while Rhodri Peece specialises in the breadth of commercial real estate matters. Peter Sugden departed in February 2024.
