Addleshaw Goddard's retail and consumer practice boasts one of the largest teams in the market, experienced advising major retailers and some of the most recognisable consumer brands. The team is well-versed in general retail advising, global portfolio strategy, supply chain management, ESG strategy, and often works cross-practice with the employment, regulatory, IP, competition, IT and real estate teams. Andrew Rosling, an experienced M&A practitioner that specialises in joint ventures, co-heads the practice alongside Rona Bar-Isaac, a competition lawyer experienced in antitrust litigation, FDI and economic regulation. The team has seen the arrival of three new partners in the past year: David Alfrey (from Clifford Chance LLP), Ben Cooke (from DWF), and Geoff Steward (from Stobbs IP).
