Ashurst’s practice supports a wide range of prominent clients with both domestic and international matters, covering M&A, product launches, and financing arrangements. Nick Elverston, who co-leads the team, specialises in advising on service rollouts, joint ventures, network sharing agreements, and transactional work, while also contributing to financing and dispute matters within the sector. Amanda Ludlow, the team’s other co-head, focuses on data regulation, with particular expertise in data protection, privacy issues, and managing data breach notifications across multiple jurisdictions. Fiona Ghosh joined as a partner from EY Law in 2024, adding further strength to the practice.
