Norton Rose Fulbright’s technology team operates across disruptive technologies, AI, digital infrastructure, gaming, and space technology. The group is co-led by Sean Murphy, global head of fintech, and Oliver Stacey. Murphy advises on fintech rollouts as well as public and private M&A, joint ventures, private equity buyouts, and growth equity deals. Stacey focuses on corporate matters in tech, media, and communications, including joint ventures, and commercial contracts. James Russell leads the commercial and outsourcing practice, advising clients such as banks, Islamic financial institutions, software providers, and asset managers on outsourcing, IT, and IP law. Mark Maurice and Jessica Melville were promoted to partner in January 2025. Kirsty Harrower joined as partner in the same month.
