Covering the entire scope of TMT matters and maintaining a strong reputation in the field, RPC advises clients from major global electronics firms to leading social media platforms. The team specialises in technology and outsourcing work for companies, and handles technology and class action disputes in the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Practice head Jeremy Drew works with clients on contentious and advisory work, while Oliver Bray supports entities on global regulation compliance, AI content issues and all other aspects of TMT. Other key members of the team include Caroline Tuck who specialises in outsourcing litigation, and David Cran who focuses on technology disputes. The team grew this year with the additions of Alastair Mitton and Andrew McMillan. Meanwhile, Tania Williams left in June 2024.
