The firm acts for leading global names in digital platforms, AI and technology, and additionally assists on responses to regulatory scrutiny around emerging tech such as generative AI. The team combines sector depth with cross-disciplinary strength, drawing on Ben Allgrove’s longstanding experience advising digital and platform-based businesses. Steve Holmes is active across major technology, telecoms and outsourcing deals, while Will Holder advises on M&A and private equity activity within the sector. Kate Alexander brings particular expertise in cross-border tax planning for tech groups.
