DLA Piper

DLA Piper acts on Part VII transfers, M&A, reorganisations, and W&I claims within the tech, tax, and employment spaces. Heading the practice are Amrit Mclean and George Mortimer. Mclean, recognised for her work in the pensions de-risking space, acts for all major insurers in this space. Mortimer brings a deep commercial awareness and a history of advising on complex insurance regulatory matters.
