DLA Piper‘s fund finance team acts predominantly for lenders, advising both banks and non-bank lenders on subscription and NAV financing. Duo Mei Mei Wong and Charlotte Lewis-Williams lead the practice. Wong is on the LMA Working Parties Group for subscription facilities, while Lewis-Williams handles subscription line and asset-backed facilities.
