Paul Hastings LLP has a premier credit funds practice, advising credit managers in the credit and direct lending space with high-value raises. The team also has capabilities across bespoke structures, including rated feeders. Diala Minott leads the team and is deeply experienced in advising on the launches of European direct lending strategies as well as private credit secondaries. Zach Milloy focuses on the regulatory aspects of fund products across the UK, Europe and the US. Catherine Gokah is a recent addition to the team, having joined from Kirkland & Ellis in April 2025.
