Adrian Mundell leads the practice at Ashtons Legal, which specialises in acting for clients who have suffered a catastrophic acquired or birth-related brain injury. The firm acts as professional deputy for over 120 clients. Additionally, it supports family members who are acting as lay deputy, or where the firm has been appointed as attorney or trustee. The team continues to attract regular referrals from other personal injury and medical injury firms, which do not have their own CoP team.
