The private client group at Sinclair Gibson LLP combines extensive experience of advising UK-based individuals, families, landed estates and trustees on wealth structuring and devolution planning, with expertise in advising international clients on multi-jurisdictional matters. Other areas of focus span advising on offshore trusts, and on cross-border estates. The department is ably co-led by Keith Bruce-Smith and Lucy Gibson. It often provides UK tax planning advice for non-residents and domiciliaries- this includes providing pre-immigration advice to these clients. The group has a wealth of experience in other areas, such as providing lifetime tax and succession planning advice. Highlights included the promotions of Hazel Power and Oliver Bishop to the partnership in July 2024.
