Osborne Clarke LLP has a broad infrastructure projects practice spanning domestic and cross-border PPPs, project finance and energy transition mandates. The team is active across sectors including digital infrastructure, defence, healthcare, and hydrogen, advising sponsors, developers and contractors on procurement, delivery, and lifecycle issues. Team head Chris Wade is entrusted across both the public and private sectors and advises on major university and healthcare builds. Simon Hancock spearheads the firm’s PPP/PFI asset management practice, while Dominic O’Brien is the lead for project finance work. Alistair Curzon and Hannah Roscoe provide further support on procurement and finance matters.
