Fieldfisher’s oil and gas team brings strength in corporate transactions, project finance, and high-value international disputes. Complementing its expertise with conventional assets from exploration through to decommissioning, the team is also active across the energy transition, demonstrating familiarity with carbon capture and storage and hydrogen projects. Anna Crosby, co-head of the oil & gas group, specialises in debt finance matters. Richard Waugh, also co-leading the practice, focuses on major commercial disputes, including international gas pricing cases.
