The projects team at Dentons leverages strong relationships with its offices in Ireland and the Middle East when advising on landmark international renewable energy projects. The practice is led by Charles Wood, an expert in power generation and electricity market regulation and operation, and Lucille De Silva, who brings deep knowhow regarding corporate power purchase agreements and the development of renewable energy generation and storage assets. Mark Cheney, who regularly acts for major domestic and European lenders and sponsors, is a key contact on the financing of solar and storage assets. Christopher McGee-Osborne retired in April 2025.
