Counting major retailers, residential construction companies, and government bodies among its client roster, the Dentons London real estate team is prepared to advise retailers on their retail occupational portfolio, as well as demonstrating high activity on transactions for a wide range of sectors. Practice head Rob Thompson engages closely with the office, logistics, and retail sectors on real estate finance, investment, and development matters. Simon Masri is instructed by institutions and public companies on structured investment acquisitions and developments, while Alex Coulter chiefly focuses on asset management and development work. Andrew Henderson adds additional acquisitions and disposals strength to the team. Tom Taylor joined from Norton Rose Fulbright in August 2024.
