Streathers

Streathers‘s residential property practice handles all aspects of buying, selling, developing, and financing for clients with property in central London and the countryside. The team, which advises high-end developers and high-net-worth individuals, is led by Simon Main. Key support is provided by Laura Owens, who also focuses on developer work; senior partner James Danaher, who advises on all aspects of residential property; and Sarah Buttleman, who handles residential property and development work. Felicity Sergeant departed the firm in February 2025, joining Keystone Law.
