The practice has extensive experience in acting for a broad range of clients such as housing associations, local authorities, developers and funders. The practice is led by a trio of partners: Andrew Shaw, who has significant experience in advising housing development; Louise Leaver, whose expertise lies in secured and unsecured loans; and Wendy Wilks, who acts for registered providers in property development and due diligence matters.
