The team works with start-ups, growth companies, established fintechs, and financial institutions across Europe. Thomas Colmer focuses on fintech M&A, growth equity, and institutional funding rounds. He regularly advises on capital markets, open banking, and payments-related deals, including mandates involving Tier 1 banks. Simon Briskman has over 30 years of experience advising on technology transactions. Tom Ward co-heads the emerging companies and venture capital team.
