Addleshaw Goddard fields one of the largest dedicated fintech teams in the City, advising clients across the full fintech ecosystem, including e-money and payment service providers, challenger and clearing banks, account information service providers, and alternative payment platforms. Key workstreams include matters related to banking-as-a-service platforms, payment-as-a-service solutions, and M&A and partnership arrangements. Practice head Elvan Hussein acts for banks, fintechs and institutional investors, regularly advising on funding rounds through to exit.
