The practice at Lewis Silkin assists clients with patent filing, prosecution, management, licensing and strategy, atop its capabilities handling contentious patent cases and advising on IP issues arising from commercial transactions. Mechanical, medical and software-related cases are the specialist areas of Tom Gaunt, who oversees the cohort.
