Its workload includes managing complex portfolios, advising on matters pertaining to freedom to operate, and assisting with IP aspects of commercial transactions. Additionally, the team is able to act for clients in EPO oppositions and appeals, and UPC matters, which are particular areas of specialism of Bristol’s Paul Dunne.
