Simon Mounteney and Robin Oxley co-lead from London alongside Birmingham-based Esther Gottschalk who has capabilities handling matters in EU and UK IP regarding the range of trade mark and branding-related issues. Also in Birmingham, John Ferdinand advises on searches, applications, oppositions and contentious actions in both domestic and international contexts. London’s Kirsten Gilbert is an experienced practitioner, and Oxford’s Samantha Collins is also noteworthy. Alison Melling retired in July 2024.
