  • Advised Fremantle Media Limited when a high-profile talent issued proceedings against our client for an alleged infringement of their data protection rights and misuse of private information, claiming millions in damages.
  • Advised Tortoise Media, who sought a judicial review of the Conservative Party’s refusal to provide information regarding its membership and the election process in respect of the leadership election between Rishi Sunak MP and Liz Truss MP to become the next leader of the Party and thereby Prime Minister.
