The 'knowledgeable, experienced and solutions-driven' team at Maples Group continues to perform well in the market and is increasingly favoured by international law firms to provide the Luxembourg law advice on substantial cross-border mandates. Much of this work relates to fund and structured financings, with Arnaud Arrecgros 'consistently providing sound legal advice that is commercially grounded' for both lenders and borrowers. The  'extremely responsive and engaged' Yann Hilpert , who joined the firm in May 2024 from AKD, co-heads the team alongside Arrecgros and adds increased bandwidth, particularly in the context of asset finance work.
