Drawing upon an 'in-depth understanding of the Luxembourg fund regime', the 'well-balanced and diverse' team at BSP is well-positioned to advise investment managers and fund promoters across the entire deal life cycle, from initial structuring, through to operational concerns and fund termination. Team head Evelyn Maher provides 'useful and business-oriented' advice across a wide range of alternative asset classes, as well as on attendant regulatory matters.
