Able to leverage the firm's expertise in other key offshore fund jurisdictions, the team is also noted for its ability to advise on Lux-Cayman parallel fund structures, which are increasingly popular with US fund sponsors seeking to simultaneously access European and US capital. The arrival in April 2024 of Hervé Leclercq from Luther S.A. further enhances the team's capabilities on cross-border mandates, including in relation to exploiting Asian opportunities - where he has already worked closely with the firm's offices in Hong Kong and Tokyo. Leclercq co-heads the team alongside Anne-Gaëlle Delabye.
