Ashurst

In a rebuilding phase following the departure in 2023 of Georges Simon and Cécile Henlé, who set up tax boutique SIMON Law, Ashurst‘s team is now headed by Alexandra Clouté, who joined in January 2024 from Arendt & Medernach. Since arriving Cloute has worked closely with practitioners in key international offices, including London, on the Luxembourg structuring associated with funds-related M&A and fund launch mandates.
