Formed in February 2023 following the arrival of practice head Aurélie Clementz from Linklaters, Ogier‘s tax team forms a key part of the firm’s ability to provide highly integrated advice to clients in the asset management space, working seamlessly with the investment funds team on fund set ups, as well as with corporate on the pursuant M&A.
