- Advised CTBC Bank Co and Taipei Fubon Commercial Bank Co on the term facility and revolving facility in the aggregate amount of USD143m granted to In-Tech Electronics and Trident LT, for the purpose of the acquisition of In-Tech Holdings (Cayman).
- Advised United Overseas Bank Malaysia in respect of the term loan facility, letter of credit facility, foreign exchange contracts and spot foreign exchange contracts in the aggregate amount of up to RM164m granted to Neda Pekan.
