Halim Hong & Quek advises both public and private entities on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations and foreign direct investments. The practice is jointly headed by Quek Ngee Meng, who excels in projects involving digital databases, data centres and renewable energy; and Cheng Yah Yap, who joined the firm in February 2025. Former co-head, Leon Gan Han Chen departed to Jeffery Wong, Noorul, Ho & Lim in October 2024.
