Equipped to handle the full spread of IP matters, Skrine’s roster of work includes the licensing and enforcement of IP rights, and the management of portfolios, primarily in the healthcare and aviation industries. On the contentious side, the group has ample experience in landmark patent cases, as well as franchising and design disputes. The team is under the strong leadership of Charmayne Ong, who frequently collaborates with regulators and public institutions in shaping Malaysia’s IP and TMT landscape, and experienced litigator Khoo Guan Huat, who concentrates on contentious patent work.
