Camilleri Preziosi's large team provides a full service to a client roster incorporating leading banks, fund managers and other financial institutions, as well as telecoms operators and logistics companies. Core strengths in finance transactions, refinancing, and debt and equity capital markets, such as bond issuances, are underpinned by financial regulatory expertise. This regulatory advice often includes compliance with the Capital Market Rules issued by the Malta Financial Services Authority. Heading up the team are managing partner Louis de Gabriele, Andrei Vella, Malcolm Falzon and Andrew Caruana Scicluna. Gabriele is key for acquisition and leveraged finance, while Falzon specialises in equity and debt issuances. Scicluna and Vella are strong in capital issues and asset finance respectively.
