The banking and finance team at Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar is well-versed in structured and asset-backed financings, project finance and real estate finance transactions. The department is co-led by a group of four partners, comprising: founding partner Daniel Kuri Breña, who specialises in structured financing transactions, syndicated and bilateral loans, and cross-border financings; Rodrigo López Márquez, who draws on experience assisting lenders and borrowers in financing transactions and also covers regulatory and fintech matters; Alejandro Sobarzo Hadad (project finance and M&A); and co-managing director Guillermo Garay Espinosa, who handles real estate finance, aircraft finance and M&A.
