Pérez-Llorca

The antitrust team at Pérez-Llorca operates with equal proficiency in merger control matters and investigations, whilst also counselling clients on competition law-related issues in commercial dealings. Counsel Patricio Martínez Osorio is the practice head of the group and takes charge of merger control procedures; he has experience in obtaining clearance from COFECE in several regulated markets. Key support is provided by senior associate Gustavo Alonso González del Castillo, whose areas of focus include antitrust investigations involving collusion, abuse of dominance and barriers to competition; and intermediate Michelle Posada Mendoza, whose strong regulatory and litigation skills aid the firm's investigative work. Since publication, practice head Martínez has been promoted to the partnership - effective as of January 2026.
