Corporate law is one of the core pillars (along with dispute resolution) at Müggenburg, Gorches y Peñalosa, S.C. (MGPS). The firm fields a seven-strong team that principally handles legal advice on the day-to-day business operations (including corporate and contractual matters) but also has an established transactional capability handling matters such as M&A, the incorporation of subsidiaries, and the negotiation and drafting of stock purchase agreements.
