The group is also well-versed in civil and administrative litigation, with experience in tort liability claims and amparo proceedings. Following the October 2025 departure of José Covarrubias Azuela, the partner-level bench features name partner (and disputes veteran), Fernando Pérez Correa, along with Zulima González – both have deep expertise in commercial and civil litigation, and bankruptcy proceedings; along with January 2025 hire Ulises Moreno, whose arrival significanttly expands the group’s administrative litigation capabilities.
