Former practice head Sara Gutiérrez remains a respected litigator at Creel, working alongside the seasoned team of Martínez partners who have transitioned to the firm. Among them are Javier Curiel and Daniel Ortega, both of whom bring extensive experience across civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, along with notable financial expertise in bankruptcy matters.
