Olivares is highly specialised in IP law in the pharmaceutical sector, and the group’s expertise extends to regulatory and contentious matters relating to the research, development and manufacture of pharmaceuticals, biotech products and agricultural goods. The team, lauded for its ‘deep understanding of the industry’, routinely handles patent term corrections and patent linkage; provides advice on marketing authorisations and approvals; and assists with the transfer of assets in the life science sector.
