Leadership of the practice is shared between Alberto de la Parra, who handles project structuring, corporate and project finance, restructuring and corporate law, and has particular focus on energy, toll roads, mining and airport projects; José Estandía, who focuses on M&A and project finance transactions in the energy sector; and Manuel Romano, who has dedicated his practice to M&A transactions, project finance and development, and real estate. Arturo de la Parra, who is praised for his ‘client service and experience’, was promoted to the partnership in January 2025 and specialises in cross-border and domestic project and infrastructure-related lending transactions.
