The practice at Garrigues was substantially bolstered by the office’s merger with local firm Sanchez Devanny, which was announced in July 2024 and was completed in February 2025. The move leaves the resulting entity with offices situated in Mexico City, Monterrey and Querétaro. The group’s real estate capabilities encompass acquisitions, leases and sales of industrial and retail properties, purchase and construction agreement and the structuring of real estate investment vehicles.
