Lexence

Lexence handles both the drafting and negotiation of loan terms and advises on the regulatory aspects of a variety of financing structures, including real estate and acquisition finance. The practice is led by ‘grand seigneur of corporate finance’ Charles Destrée, who specialises in the regulatory frameworks that apply to multi-jurisdictional credit facilities.
