Corporate re-domiciliation transactions are a particular area of specialism across the team, and it is also well placed to advise on significant SPACs transactions. ’Exemplary’ team co-lead Jetty Tukker has an equity capital markets specialism; Tukker is supported at the helm by debt capital markets-focused Jessica Terpstra who works from the firm’s London office.
