The cohort at Loyens & Loeff is well known for its abilities handling complex aspects of the variety of high-value transactions. It is also able to advise on matters including the listing of companies on Euronext Amsterdam, and of companies on global stock exchanges. The team’s client roster is formed of well-known names across the array of industry sectors from food and beverages, to media and content, to financial services. Michel Van Agt co-leads the team alongside Menno Baks who was promoted to partnership in January 2024.
