The practice at NautaDutilh is highly regarded for its capabilities handling all aspects of the high-value restructuring of companies, including those involving complex sales and purchases, and with IPOs and SPACs. Its client list is formed of shareholders, sector-spanning companies and underwriters. The team also handles equity transactions of significant value in cross-border contexts, particularly in relation to the US. Petra Zijp is experienced advising on the array of domestic and international transactions, and oversees the practice alongside ECM and DCM expert Antonia Netiv and specialist Paul van der Bijl, who is particularly well versed in assisting Dutch companies in US-related matters. Sabrina Legerstee departed to an in-house role in November 2023.
