The team is spearheaded by construction authority Michel Klijn who advises on complex construction projects, transactional issues and construction-related litigation. The sizeable team works on a number of large Dutch construction projects involving procurement and regulatory issues, while also fielding a claim prevention and claim management service and advises on developer and contractor issues. Dolf de Jong focuses on minimising risks related to development, investment and structuring processes.
